Shipping & Returns


Our shipping policy is simple!  Most orders will be shipped within  two business days of order completion. All shipping times quoted are based on business days. UPS does not move ground packages on weekends. Any order placed after 4:00 p.m. PST will be considered a next day order. All orders will be shipped Via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground. Most orders will be shipped and received by the consumer in one week. Some orders will be dropped shipped from the manufacture. Drop shipped orders will result in a two or three day  delay of shipping times. Drop ship orders may be shipped by carrier other than UPS ground.

All returns require a RMA #. Please message us for the RMA #.

Returns: All Returns will be subject to a 10% Re-Stocking fee. All returns must be returned in original, undamaged Toyota/Lexus packaging. No shipping labels can be affixed to any factory Toyota packaging. Please box all returns in a secondary box.  Prior authorization by management must be provided for any unusual circumstance and a Return Authorization Number provided to the customer. There are no new returns on electrical items. There are no returns done on internal engine parts to include crank and main bearings, piston rings and rod bearings. No returns on any order over 30 days old from the date of order.

Orders returned that were shipped for "FREE": The cost of original shipping to you will be deducted from the price of the returned part or parts.

Any item refused at delivery and returned will have additional shipping charges taken out of their return. UPS bills their shipper additional shipping charges on all orders that are refused.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on orders that are returned for a refund.

Any order being shipped to a freight forwarder and being shipped out the Unites States is not returnable for any reason. 

We will not be responsible for any order placed without a VIN number entered into the shopping cart. We use the Vin number to verify part fitment to your specific vehicle. 

Parts Warranty: All genuine Lexus parts have a one year warranty from date of purchase. Any part that fails within the first year must be brought to a local Lexus dealer still installed on the vehicle. The Lexus dealer will inspect and troubleshoot the issue and determine if it is an actual warranty issue. Mylexparts.com will only replace a part that fails under warranty, we will not pay any labor claims.




Any item that is advertised with "FREE SHIPPING" is restricted to the lower 48 states only. All items shipped with Free Shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground only. Free Shipping does not apply to any expidited shipping to include Next day air, 2nd day air or 3 day select. Free shipping does not apply to any shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territory or U.S. military location outside the U.S. No additional discounts will be applied for items that have free shipping when expidited shipping is picked or when the item is being shipped to one of the restricted areas.


We do not ship to any International destination
